: (1) If a civil servant is transferred from one place to another, such an employee will be given a period of seven days except for the travel period for the purpose of preparation and twenty one days for Barbujarath and he will not have to appear in the office during the preparation period. If it takes more than twenty-one days for the sake of Barbujarath, the clear reason for it may be extended by maximum one month for Barbujarath.
